NDP

I was very Excited about the NE show as it was my first time to go to the Marina floating platform. I saw some famous celebrities. The most memorable thing is the parachutists dropping down like rain drops. At first, I cant see the people as they are so small. But after a while , i can see a red-like thing and it was the parachutists! This is my first time seeing something like that. At the end of the show, it started raining heavily. I can barely see the firework but I know that it was wonderful. At last, I wish Singapore HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

CAMP

Last week we have a P5 camp for 3 day 2 night.It is very fun! The first day, we went to Sentosa for the Amazing Race. I think we got the last. The food is also very delicious! The next day, we did high elements. I like the Flying Fox the best because it is very thrilled.We have the campfire that night.

Earth Hour

Between Earth and Global Warming,I will vote EARTH!!!

Earth hour is a vote between Earth and Global Warming.It will be held on 28 March 2009,Saturday,8.30pm.I think people are organising this event because they wanted us to know how to save the Earth and what we can do to save the Earth.We will switch off lights for 1 hour and send a powerful global message that we need to take action on climate change.We will be going to celebrate the Earth Hour during 28 March 2009.I think Earth is now facing DEFORESTATION nowadays as Singapore has become hotter and hotter.We should use less paper so that trees will not be chop down.We can use computer instead of paper to do your work so that we will not waste any papers.I wish ALL of you will vote for Earth!!!

March Holiday

The March Holidays had come and gone. Time really flies so fast when we are having fun!I was very boring as I everyday stay at home and read storybooks,play computer games and watch television programme.But on Thursday March holidays,my father brought the whole family to 'NEW YORK' to eat. I ordered fish and chip and it is very tasty.You should try it!Wish you all have a nice day in March holiday!!!

Fire Safety

Fire safety is a very important consideration as our country is experiencing very dry weather at this time. In addition, there has been several fires that broke out in apartments in recent months.

The first question you will ask is"Have you seen or experienced any incident of fire break out in your home or neighbourhood?" I would say "No!"As Singapore is a very safe country,we can rarely see any incident of fire break out.

The next question you will ask is"What am i suppose to do if a fire were to break out in your home or outside?"I will say that you should stay calm and think of what to do next.Better not to jump off the building or you will lose your precious live.

Then you will also ask"What are the causes of fire in homes or outside?"I think that children were curious about fire and started to play with matchstick or gas stove as they do not know how dangerous a fire is.

What can you do to prevent fire from breaking out in your home and outside?You can put something that are related to fire at anywhere as long as children cannot reach it.

I think that pupils are conscious of fire safety.At assembly,the school has a programme that teaches us more about fire safety and tell us what should we do if a fire were to break out in our home.Until now,I have not seen any news about a fire break out in school.

If I were given a chance to introduce an activity for children to learn fire safety,I will organise a lot of games that will help children to know more about fire safety as most of the children like to play games.

Chinese New Year

During Chinese New Year,I was so happy because my parents bought my favourite roasted chicken.It was so delicious!!! I was so bored during Chinese New Year because i did not go anywhere and always stay at home reading books and watching television. But I received a lot of red packets and now I have $100+++. I was elated!!! I can buy many things. I wish you all a Happy Chinese New Year!!!

My December Holiday!!!

In December hoiday,I did not go to any other country.I nearly everyday stay at home and read books.But on the Christmas day,I went to Swensen and eat.I like the ice-cream very much and it is tasty!!!My mother also buy me a Christmas present and you guess what is it inside?It is my favourite PSP game called Ben10 alien force.I was elated when I saw my Christmas present.I thank my parents and wish them and you a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
